Danko Miocinovic is the CEO of MIG Investment bringing extensive experience in product development, engineering, and project management. With a track record of leading high-value projects for both ODM manufacturers and in-house product lines, he has successfully managed product portfolios ranging from several million euros per year to large-scale series worth up to €100 million.

As CEO, he drives strategic growth, operational excellence, and product innovation, ensuring the company delivers high-quality, scalable solutions. His leadership is defined by a deep understanding of hardware, software, and mechanical system integration, combined with a results-driven approach to process optimization and business scaling.

Before founding MIGINV, Danko played a key role in managing complex, cross-functional programs in high-tech industries, overseeing development lifecycles from concept to mass production. His expertise in supply chain logistics, manufacturing, and go-to-market strategies allows him to identify and execute high-impact opportunities.

With a background in electrical engineering, business administration and project management, Danko leverages his engineering acumen and business expertise to drive sustainable company growth, optimize sales strategies, and create long-term value.

Based in Munich he focuses on expanding the company’s market presence, optimizing operations, and ensuring continued innovation across all business segments.

Mario Krivokapic serves as Chief Investment Officer at Mittelstand Investment Group (MIG GmbH), where he leads due diligence procedures, and negotiations with target companies, and drives the strategic growth of portfolio companies through executive coaching. His unique combination of investment acumen and business scaling expertise makes him instrumental in identifying promising opportunities and ensuring their successful post-investment development.

As a former 5x Vice President of Sales and CRO, Mario has demonstrated exceptional ability in transforming organizations, having successfully scaled four companies from €1M to €10M in annual recurring revenue, with one reaching €100M. This hands-on experience in scaling businesses now directly benefits MIG's portfolio companies through his executive coaching and strategic oversight.

Before joining MIG GmbH, Mario founded Revenue Architects, advising over 300 SMEs on strategic planning, systems integration, and process optimization. His proven methodology in conducting thorough due diligence and structuring favorable deal terms is complemented by his deep expertise in post-acquisition growth acceleration. A recognized thought leader, Mario has authored ten books on revenue generation, including the market's definitive guide on discovery calls.

Based in Europe and certified in Masterful Coaching, PCM, NLP, TASC, and JMM, Mario leverages his comprehensive understanding of both European and North American markets to not only evaluate investment opportunities but also guide portfolio companies through their crucial growth phases.

His entrepreneurial acumen was further proven as the founder and owner of BerHos GmbH, where he successfully scaled operations through strategic partnerships and market expansion.

 

Previously, as Director of Marketing & Sales at Rekmob, Can developed and implemented comprehensive growth strategies that delivered substantial revenue increases.
